If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections & hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do a home pregnancy test . What's the question?: If you are sexually active, it could have been a miscarriage, or an implantation bleed. Impossible to know without knowing the date of your ovulation. Sperm can survive up to 7-10 days. Take a pregnancy test. If you have made any changes in hormonal birth control, it could be your body adjusting. Lastly, your body may be making hormonal changes on its own. Keep a calendar & pursue Endo testing.
