Yes, Lab staff: Each insemination requires evaluation and preparation of sperm. The lab staff (andrology) evaluates the sperm before and after the sperm preparation. We look to see variation in the semen quality and also how well the semen responds to the prep process. If you have too few sperm after the prep then the insemination success goes down.
