What should i use to sweeten my tea if i have diabetes?

Artificial Sweetener: For diabetics artificial sweeteners when used in moderation: are safe: aspartame, splenda, stevia, Truvia and now erythrotol. Best for cooking is Stevia, best in drinks is splenda. Aspartame would be last on my list. For diabetics and overweight people most doctors find them acceptable. Just because you drink a diet beverage you cannot go have 3 cookies!
