What should i eat if i have diabetes, high bp and high cholesterol?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Healthy!: Do's: whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds, fruits and veggies, healthy oils (canola and olive), nonfat dairy, lean meats. Do not's (or keep to a minimum): white flour and white rice, fast foods, processed foods, high fructose corn syrup, coconut and palm oils and other saturated fats, simple sugar. Eat healthily. You will still need your medications in most cases, but eating healthily helps.
