Cystex: Cystex and Azo Standard (phenazopyridine) are 2 OTC medications that can be used for pain on urination. You should not use "Azo" (pyridium) long term as it may cause some unwanted side effects. You should make sure you do not have a bladder infection, which will need antibiotics to cure.
