Focus on things: That are low impact - as in not too explosive like plyometrics, but also exercises that aren't high intensity -as in not heavy weights. Yoga is very underutilized for both power and flexibility(which is key for avoiding injury) but it doesn't address cardiopulmonary fitness. So with something like this, you will often have to add a "cardio" component.
