Is there a chance of getting lice from airline pillows?

Yes: Lice are passed person to person. They can only survive about 24 hours elsewhere. So if the airline doesn't use new pillows each time yes it is possible.. I wouldn't spend much time worrying though.

For instance the lice can be on brushes, combs, hats, headphones, scarves, sweaters, coats, bedding, towels, upholstered furniture, carpet, stuffed toys & seats in a variety of areas. Airline pillows can be a vector. Bring a lint remover with you if concerned.
