See your doc: Multiple causes for nausea - ? Pregnancy, diabetes, hepatitis, etc you need a thorough evaluation with history, physical exam, basic lab evaluation.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. If you feel some foods make you symptoms worse, it would be worthwhile to remove offending foods from your diet.
