Pneumothorax: It is basically air trapped between lungs and chest cavity. Could be spontaneous or because of trauma( penetrating injury) or lung disease. can be treated conservatively, in most cases or with chest drain. treatment depends on the amount or percentage of pneumothorax. http://patient.info/health/pneumothorax-leaflet
