Not really: There may be some change over time, but assuming otherwise healthy eyes there is little degradation. If indeed there is notable changes going on a visit with the ophthalmologist is recommended.

Yes it is possible: Especially with the development of cataracts (clouding of the lens of the eye color perception can decrease.
