Can't imagine how.: I would be really curious to hear about the connection and doubt that there is one. If there were, it might be some nutritional deficit involved in melatonin-like chemical regulation. Almost certainly, other symptoms or effects would be noticed before this sort of thing would become apparent. Tanning isn't really an "ability" as in a skill, as much as a protective reaction to sun exposure damage.
