Not much: Oncologists routinely give several anti-nausea medicines with cisplatin and irradiation. Some of those Meds make a person drowsy. You will get much fluid by vein; expect to urinate a lot. Some fatigue is common. If doctor prescribes anti--emetics, take them TO PREVENT nausea and vomiting.
