Depend: it really depend what kind of organs that was metastasized into, mostly local spread, vs apread to liver, , lungs or possibly brain which is the least likely. concentrate on their comfort and life than the end, sure they should take care of their affairs but life and death in my view is in the creater hands any prediction is a guess the best. my advice enjoy their life while they are still with us

Brief: stage four means spread has occurred. Intestinal obstruction is likely and nutrition gets difficult.
