Good: For patients under the age of 40, the two year disease-free survival rate is 70%. And since there are few late relapses in BL due to its aggressiveness, this usually is equivalent to a cure. Patients who do relapse can undergo salvage chemotherapy followed by stem cell transplantation (if a donor can be found).
