Ivermectin: Ivermectin (Stromectol) dose is 200 mcg/kg orally on an empty stomach with water. 2 or > doses at least 7 days apart is sometimes needed.scabies infestation. Per CDC: “The safety of ivermectin in children weighing less than 15 kg and in pregnant women has not been established.”
