Took 1st dose ivermectin for scabies 12-1-16 been washing all clothes worn everyday since 1st dose. when is it safe to not have to wash everyday ?

Question not clear: Ivermectin should kill the mites the first day. As for clothing, you can either wash garments or not wear them for a week to rid them of scabies mites.
