This can be a muscle problem, a vascular problem, inflammation of the muscles, infiltration of the muscles or even psychological reasons. Your physician can examine you, can do blood and laboratory testing to try to clarify. Sometimes a muscle biopsy is necessary. A Rheumatologist can help guide you and your physician.
