Depends.: Like any fall, it depends on how you feel afterwards. If you are unconscious and can't move or breath, then the worst happened and you broke your neck. This is unlikely. If you have no pain, then you are fine. If you have pain, and it is severe, or you are confused or vomiting, of course, don't move and call 911. Otherwise, if you have minor pain, like past wipe-outs, then rest, ice, Tylenol
