A member asked:

What can you do if you are prone to bone fractures?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Fractures: It is critical for all of us to supplement Vitamin D and calcium in order to keep our bones healthy. Typically the signs of osteopenia and osteoporosis don't begin till later years. If you are prone to fracture at 38 years old, you need to see your primary care doctor and possibly be evaluated by an Endocrinologist for a possible metabolic disorder.
