What happens during an annual gynecological exam?

Gyn exam: When I do an annual GYN exam I exam the head, eyes, ears, nose and throat. Neck is examined. Heart and lungs are examined. abdomen and extremities are examined. A breast exam is done. A pelvic exam is done with a Pap smear. Labs are ordered, other tests, immunizations etc are ordered as needed. Medications are filled and medical advice given and questions answered.
