PDE-5 inhibitors: Cialis is brand name for tadalafil, which is a PDE-5 inhibitor. Other options within this chemical class are Viagra (sildenafil), Levitra & Staxyn (both brands of vardenafil) and Stendra (avanafil). Other options for erectile dysfunction include alprostadil (Muse, Edex & Caverject) and Yocon (yohimbine). Last is derived from yohimbe bark which is available w/o 3rd party safety oversight.
