Hard to say: This is hard to "diagnose" without seeing it firsthand. Possibilities include tremors, seizures, and others. MDMA is related to methamphetamine (in fact, that's what the "MA" stands for), and amphetamines in high doses often cause excessive or abnormal movement. Maybe it means you should avoid using it, or at least that much.
