A member asked:

What do they do after finding knots on your thyroid?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nodules: It depends on the size, appearance, texture and other features of the nodules. Ultrasound is very sensitive, and insignificant nodules are found commonly. If an ultrasound was done and detected nodules best to see an Endocrinologist and have him/her sort it out.
