Yoga/chiropractors: Although orthopedic surgeons are qualified to treat rib subluxation but most orthopedic surgeons do not feel comfortable doing manipulation which has to be done within 6 hours, but some orthopedic surgeons may do it..At least in my area it is done by chiropractors.It can be treated conservatively by yoga, by stretching and movements of yoga for relief and supportive treatment for pain&swelling if an.

Depends what you --: need. Orthopods treat Bone problms (fractures/breaks, cysts, lesions), joint problems (arthritis, etc), muscles, tendons, nerves, ligament injuries or lesions. Carpal Tunnel release is a common procedure we do, Joint replacements, fixing broken bones, ACL reconstruction, Rotator cuff tears etc, etc.
Discuss with your PCP (if you have some specific problem, that I might not have touched upon).
