Myofascial pain: The pain is most likely caused by old injury and trigger points (knots in muscles). Medicine does not get pain better, it just helps you ignore it. Massage, myofascial release, trigger point injections, acupuncture, dry needling...these are the words that describe treatment options that are likely to help. www.blatmanhealthandwellness.com

A few thoughts: Neuropathic pain from diabetes or alcohol abuse or just hereditary. Blood clots, though they usually are only on one side at a time. Peripheral arterial disease.Flat feet. Lumbar nerve inj. as from disc herniation. There are many more.A good history & phys. incl osteopathic hands-on exam may provide a definitive answer.Other tests may also be necessary like doppler ultrasound or EMG/NCV.
