None: The best thing you can do is assure hydration with proper fluids, run a vaporizer or humidifier and keep the kids nose cleaned out with nasal saline. Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen can help if they get grumpy.Cold meds do little and often sedate the kids.
