Could be a # of cau-: ses, like: 1: skin irritation by something coming in contact with it; 2: some insect bite(s); 3: a local nerve being irritated, or from the spine itself; 4: A Metabolic cause, which can also same symptoms. See your PCP to be examined and probably investigated. Good Luck.
