Chapped lips: Its hard to tell why you have "extremely" chapped lips and it may be related to a medical condition that requires evaluation by your dermatologist. You need to protect your lips from dryness and may apply petroleum, lip balms or antibiotic ointment. Also, avoid extreme temperature until fully healed.
