Good Skin Hygiene: Take quick shower (10-15min) in lukewarm water while avoiding harsh and drying cleansers. Pat away excess water and immediately apply fragrance-free moisturizer like Vanicream. Use at least twice a day. For eczema flares, apply prescription strength corticosteroid ointments to problem areas twice a day until clear. Wet dressings (wet wraps) at night and chlorine baths if more severe.
