What can i use at home for a sprained wrist?

Ice to cool it, pain: meds like Aleve (naproxen) or Ibuprofen, a splint to immobilize it would also be helpful. It should improve in about 7-10 days. If not then you should seek help of your PCP or an Orthopod. Good luck.
