It's ok: Baby's need cholesterol for brain development. There are no recommendations for limiting fat in baby's diet until at least 2 years of age. Unless you have an inherited disorder of fat metabolism with outrageously high cholesterol, I suggest you put controlling your own cholesterol level on hold while breast feeding and you can feel relaxed about it - no problem!
