Bakers Cyst: behind the knee will present in this way. (pain, tightness and tingling) If the tingling or pain progresses then seek immediate care. rarely a vascular occlusion or compartment syndrome can produce these symptoms. Even less common is this an early symptom of AIDP (in which case progressive weakness would ensue) Orthopedic injury is typically more painful
