What can cause an allergic reaction to pasta and pizza?

Food allergies: Would need to know more details about your reaction before calling it a true allergic reaction. Both foods have wheat in them which is a common food allergen. In more rare instances people can be allergic to tomatoes. Important to record details of reaction, timing, what foods were eating, etc. and bringing info to local allergist for further testing and evaluation.
