Stepwise...: Initial tests are: 1) Pap and cultures to make sure you don't have an infection. 2) Bloodwork to make sure your hormone levels are normal and don't have problems with your thyroid. 3) Additional bloodwork around day 21 of your cycle to verify you are ovulating. 4) An ultrasound to verify your internal anatomy is normal 5) Verification of open fallopian tubes. 6) Semen analysis for partner.
