Without getting into: minutia of detrimental and incremental repetitive nerve stimulation testing (there is a difference from a neuroelectrodiagnostic standpoint) , Eaton Lambert Syndrome is seen as a manifestation of cancer, where as Myasthenia gravis is a distinct clinical neuromuscular disorder (albeit occasionally associated with thymoma) Sorry for the extremely long sentence.
