Massive differences: Neuropathy is nerve damage. It often causes unpredictable pain or symptoms like numbness, weird sensations (paresthesias), hyperalgesia (very severe pain) or allodynia (pain from normally non-painful stimuli).Angiopathy is disease of the blood vessels that can cause leakage, blockage, or breakage of vessels.Hyperglycemia means "blood sugar" as in diabetes. It can lead to the other 2 problems.
