I would say none: Toenail fungus (onychomycosis) is a stubborn infection with even more expensive, prescribed medications. While soaking may not be harmful, I do not see it worth the time and effort. That being said, some patients have improved the appearance of nail fungal infection by painting undiluted listerine on their nails twice daily for months. See a podiatrist or dermatologist for better options.

Not recommended: Without proper treatment, toenail fungus can go on indefinitely. See your PCP for evaluation and treatment. Never think the other way to use Listerine other than for mouth wash.

Treat the cause 1st: not the symptoms. If there's fungus present, this points to the person's immunity status being compromised or reduced. So that's the first thing that should be addressed, so that the fungus doesn't continue growing indefinitely. Soaking the foot in any type of solution is only a temporary measure that may not help long term. More important to treat the root cause first, not just the symptoms.
