Possibly: It depends on what other symptoms you may have such as changes in sleep pattern, lack of interest in pleasurable activities, social isolation, change in appetite and/or energy level, decreased self esteem, etc. if you or a family member have had history of depression. Motivation can also decrease due to stress. You could also consider a counselor
