How can you treat neuropathy in legs and feet?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Mitchell Cohn answered

Specializes in Pain Management

Many: Everything from steroids, narcotics, anti-inflammatories, & nerve stabilizers to anti-depressants, & marijuana (which works esp. well as a topical ointment) for pain.I recommend Vit D cream or Prologel, topically, along w/ Vit B12, orally. The definitive treatment for many of my pts is neuroprolotherapy (which is new & thus controversial) to calm nerves & decrease neuropathic pain/numbness, etc
