If normal symptoms post concussion are the same as delayed subdural hematoma symptoms-how are you to know if u should go to be evaluated?

Still need an Eval: Either way an accurate diagnosis should be made as these are still different entitities with different treatments. First we have to make a Diagnosis of a hematoma and that requires neuroimaging. Depending on the symptoms one is manifesting after concussion, addiional tests, monitoring and followup are critical. This may include neuroimaging. Thus I would recommend a ER or Neurology consult asap.
