Is it possible to be 11&1/2 weeks pregnant (that's how far along i could possibly be) with irregular periods and a 0.1 level of hcg?

No: You are still having cycles and although there are no units with the HCG, it sounds very low. Please confirm this with your doctor and perhaps an ultrasound. All the best.

No pregnancy: As your pregnancy test is negative , so you are not pregnant .Irregular periods can be of any duration but 11&1/2weeks is long to cause concern .Have talk with your doctor to regularize your periods .
