Probably not: If you had heavy petting over a month ago, and a normal period since, and multiple negative pregnancy tests it is very unlikely you're pregnant.

Pregnancy: In the setting of no intercourse, a normal period, and multiple negative tests, the odds of being pregnant are vanishingly small. Put your mind at ease and feel confident that you are not pregnant.

Not preg, but...: You are not pregnant. If you characteristically feel this anxious without cause, you may have an anxiety disorder. Anxiety disorders are treatable, best managed by a psychiatrist. If you do not usually worry this much, but are excessively concerned about pregnancy now, this may be a manifestation of guilt feelings concerning recent heavy petting. Discussing that with a psychologist might help.
