Hair loss: Hair loss at age 28 is a bit early but it does happen. Two choices: See his haircut person and see what he/she says. See his doctor or a Dermatologist for advice and care.

Find cause: Many men get significant male pattern baldness during their 20s, especially if they're naturally blessed with a lot of chest hair.
