You CAN Do It!!!: Depends on how bad it is, how determined you are and if you are sure you don't have a medical problem. Possible solutions: yoga, meditation,aerobics, acupuncture. I prefer the more active aerobics and weight training.Getting out and doing something strenuous to knock out my nervousness chemicals.No matter how bad I feel,I always feel better afterwards. Avoid caffeine, tobacco.Don't rely on alcohol

Well,..: You could go on-pine and try to educate yourself as to remedies for self treatment, such as Relaxation techniques including yoga, meditation, etc. But anxiety and OCD may be related to Neurotransmitters that are at differing levels in your system and medications maybe more helpful. Hypnotherapy is a possible option that has worked for some people too.
