Phimosis: You did not have circumcision. With vigourus sex, you fore skin gets torn at the base, gets inflamed/infected. Keep area clean, apply antibiotic ointment. Enquire if Gf have any infection/discharge........accordingly you may need check up,lab work and treatment. Avoid sex until this is resolved.

Irritation: It could be just irritation, but an infection cannot be ruled out. You may have to see a doctor about it who may prescribe a topical cream or a pill to take.
