Have 2 years ago right distal renal aneurysm (10x.9mm), last year (1.1x.9cm), last week (10x13x7mm)..minimal change in size, should i be worried ?

Units?: Studies have shown that aneurysms of mean size 1.5 cm (0.3 to 4.0 cm) did not rupture over the course of eight years. Symptomatic aneurysms, enlarging aneurysms or those exceeding 2 cm should be treated.

The changes: in size are so small they may be due to technical variability between scans rather than a true size change.
