MSK w/ Rash: The pain in your back, neck, and shoulders are most likely related to a musculoskeletal issue and should be addressed by your doctor. The rash on your chest is unlikely related to the neck and shoulder pain, but shingles should be ruled out. Discuss with your doctor or send pictures.
