Sadly, none: Hair loss can follow childbirth. If this isn't the case for you, I recommend blood tests for thyroid function and reproductive hormones. Treatment of abnormal hormone function might restore hair growth. If all is OK medically, then see a hair care professional for a cut that flatters thinner hair and recommendations on hair products that give the apperance of thicker hair.
