My take ...: What presented suggests what have caused your sexual dysfunction is way more than the concern on testosterone, which should not be the issue as reported. To seriously deal with what you have suffered, you need to take a serious makeover and overhaul of your lifestyle to serve as the foundation of all care regardless of what, when, & how you're now.

Low libido: It is a bit uncommon at your age to have normal testosterone and erectile dysfunction but you should see a Urologist about the erectile dysfunction.
