Baby rashes: The most common reason for those bumps is the use of the so called "baby products" like Baby Magic and Johnson and Johnson. While they smell nice, the give a large percentage of babies a rash. Wash the baby with dove sensitive skin soap (liquid or bar) and in between just wash with warm water. Nothing else is required. This also can be baby acne which is an effect of your hormones/no treatment.
